I received a Damaged / Faulty item, what do I do?

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact our friendly customer support team at support@luvostore.com.au.

Please include your order number in the email, along with some photo or video evidence so that our team can assist you as fast as possible.
    For Vanity Mirrors (Crystal/Diamond/Floor/Arch/Hollywood Mirrors) please also include a photo of the Batch Number from the back of the mirror in your email also.

Please note that if your parcel has been damaged in transit, let us know immediately and provide us with photos of the item, the damaged carton/packaging, and shipping label.

Broken items or missing parts must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery or we will be unable to claim the cost back against the shipping carrier.
