How do I return an item?

If your return is due to a faulty item, please email our support team at support@luvostore.com.au

If your return is due to change of mind and within our 60-day 'Change of Mind' return period, please follow the instructions below.

  • Please make sure that the item is still in perfect condition with original packaging, otherwise you may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • If an item is not returned in the original packaging a $10 restock (packaging) cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • All shipping costs associated for the return will be at the expense of the buyer - $14 flat rate deducted from the refund amount for most items.
  • Should you wish to return a Luxe Hollywood Mirror or a Floor Mirror please email customer support to organise the return as they are excluded from the $14 return cost. You will be advised of your returning cost once the return has been lodged with the shipping carrier.
  • Remember to keep your tracking number for proof of return.

You MUST include a note in the returning parcel with the following information attached:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address Used
  • Order Number
  • Reason For Return

Failing to do so will result in an unknown return and will cause difficulties in identifying your order.
Once we receive the return, please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for the return to be assessed before a refund can be processed and make sure a tracking number is kept or recorded as evidence of delivery.
Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

Vanity Tables are notĀ eligible for a Change of Mind return.
