What warranty do you offer?

Professional Ring Lights
All Professional Ring Light come with a 3 year warranty against defects under normal operating conditions.
This warranty includes all electrical faults.
Items covered: Classic 12" Table Ring Light, Classic 19" Ring Light, GlowPro 2 Ring Light and GlowPRO 3 Ring Light.
Please note that the accessories included with the ring lights have a 60 day warranty timeframe.

GlowArc Artisan Light
Our GlowArc Artisan Light comes with a 3 year warranty against defects under normal operating conditions.
This warranty includes all electrical faults.
Please note that the accessories included with the ring lights have a 60 day warranty timeframe.

Vanity Mirrors
Our Vanity Mirrors come with a 3 year warranty against defects under normal operating conditions.
This warranty includes all electrical faults.
Items covered: Crystal Vanity Mirror Collection, Diamond Vanity Mirror Collection, Arch Vanity Mirror Collection, Full length mirrors, and Luxe Hollywood Mirror.

All Other Products
All other products will come with a standard 1 year warranty against defects under normal operating conditions.

All warranties start from the date of the original purchase. Freight costs will be included within the warranty if Luvo can see that the item is clearly faulty. Warranties are non-transferable, and are against defects under ordinary consumer use for the timeframe of the warranty from the date of the original purchase.

We strongly recommend buyers to keep the packaging in case it is needed for a return, especially with electrical/ large items. Luvo is not responsible for the re-packaging and it is up to the customer to package the item for a safe return. Please note that under the conditions of warranty, all replaced items will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original warranty on the original product (from the original date of purchase). If a compensation refund is issued, you are no longer able to claim against that specific issue under warranty. Damaged/Faulty items will need to be returned and replacements will be dispatched upon receipt.
