If you received a product with a manufacturing defect, such as a missing part, or damage incurred to the product in transit that effects the tables usability, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that if your table package has been damaged in transit, for product warranties to apply, freight damages need to be reported to us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) and provide us with photos of the damaged item, as well as the all packaging and shipping label.
All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis - The outcome will depend on the nature of the fault/damage.
If a fault is confirmed Luvo will cover the cost of the return shipping. Additionally, we will also cover delivery fee for any replacement product. Should your item need to be returned for assessment as a fault cannot be determined via email, you may need to cover the cost of the return shipping.
