Unfortunately, as orders are continuously being despatched from an external warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to your order once you have hit 'place order'.
This includes any of the following:
- Changing or removing of an item
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding items to your order
- Shipping method
If you have just placed your order and have noticed a mistake, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team at support@luvostore.com.au.
If you are requesting a cancellation, but your order has already been packed, you will need to follow our change of mind procedure in order to return the item back to us for.
