I received something different than what I ordered?

In the unlikely event you have received the incorrect item, please contact our friendly customer support team at support@luvostore.com.au with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received in it's place
  • Photograph of the item you have received, including all packaging (and logo)

Once we've received the above info, our customer support team will make it a priority to sort this out for you as quickly as possible.

Please note - Claims for orders arriving without the correct item must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
