If you have ordered multiple items but have only received part of your order, please check your tracking information to find the location of your remaining items.
You will only receive one tracking number per order, but the tracking page will allow you to track the location of each individual carton.
AUSTRALIA POST: The dropdown menu on the Australia Post tracking page will show you the total number of items (parcels) in your shipment.
Each individual parcel will have its own tracking status, as it is common for Australia Post to separate small and large parcels into different delivery vehicles.
ALLIED EXPRESS: The Allied Express website also shows the total number of parcels shipped at the top of the tracking page.
If your tracking is showing all parcels as delivered and you still haven't received all items, please email us including a photo of everything you have received (including packaging) and our team can look into what has occurred for you.
