Australia Post have advised that they are currently experiencing a large backlog due to the increase in parcels in their network.
This is effecting their network Australia wide, however predominantly ACT, NSW, VIC.
When placing your order, please keep in mind that it may take a few extra days for your order to be despatched.

Please allow a full 10 business days for your order before getting in touch with us if there has been no update, as your parcel may just be delayed due to the current backlog.
If there has been a significant time since the last update on your tracking, please contact support@luvostore.com.au, and our team will advise if there are known delays with your postal service, or alternatively they will lodge an investigation into your order.
