How do I track my parcel?

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email in your inbox containing your tracking number.
Please make sure to check your spam folder incase it has been redirected.

We ship all orders via Australia Post and Allied Express (for bulky items).

Australia Post can take up to 24 hours to show a valid tracking number. Prior to this, the tracking number will not be recognised by their system.
Please wait a day or two and then try again.

Your tracking hasn't updated yet?
Unfortunately the postal services can experience delays due to high parcel volumes etc. Please allow a full 14 days for your parcel to be delivered before getting in touch.
If this time has passed and there is still no update, please contact our customer support team who will be happy to assist you.
