If you find that the bluetooth isn't working for your Crystal Vanity Mirror or Hollywood Mirror, please first try unplugging the power completely from the mirror for approximately 10 minutes whilst also turning off the Bluetooth and power from your phone/device.
Once this is done reconnect the power plus Bluetooth. Sometimes the mirror will need to reset in order for it to appear on the device list (device name: Luvo Mirror).
Please also make sure you're within a 2m radius.
